I’m curious about everything. I believe curiosity is the prerequisite to growth, learning, and connection.
I own a small business. I write. I build things. Right now I’m obsessed with AI.
I’ve been working with a therapist for the first time in my life, and I’m discovering how much of what I believed about myself was shaped by culture and the systems I adapted to.
I used to think curiosity was a problem — that I was scattered, unfocused, too interested in too many things. Turns out it’s the only thing I trust completely. It’s what got me out of a belief system I didn’t choose, into work I actually care about, and moving toward a version of my life that finally feels like mine.
About ten years ago I became an ideological free agent — not bound by any label, clique, or tribe. Free to follow my own sense-making abilities and experiment. I’m most interested in discovering the things that increase my sense of well-being and the well-being of everyone around me.
What I write about: the invisible systems shaping how we think, how we love, how we work, and how we build our lives. Sometimes that looks like an essay about identity and belief. Other times it looks like a build log from the AI system I’ve designed to support me.
One of the things I’ve discovered about myself is a deep need to share what I’m learning. This is my effort to do that.
